DESCRIPTION: Run a 16km & 5KM in a race fit for our latest event. Just run or walk the 16km & 5KM on the course. Please be sure to share your race photos and recap on our Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/BukitPuchongRun/

ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open to all Malaysians and/or PR citizens and expatriates who are working and stay in Malaysia. Participants who are below 18 years old as at 31st December 2017 are required to have parent or guardian’s approval and signature on the entry form.

RUNNER’S SAFETY
The organizer shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, resulting from injury, whether fatal or otherwise, of any participants or for damages to or loss of such person's property
PRIZES
A finisher's medal will be awarded to all 16km & 5km finishers within the cut off time specified.
WINNERS AGE VERIFICATION
The age of all prize winners in each category will verified. Please produce your identity card or other valid documents within 15 minutes of finishing your run at the Race Secretariat. Winners unable to provide documents required for verification will not receive their prizes

END OF COMPETITION
The run is officially over 3 hours after the start time
CERTIFICATES
Participants who have completed the 16KM race will be able to download their personalized certificate (with runners' time, position in his/her category, position in his/her gender and position in overall race) from www.ihevents.com, once official results have been posted
BREAKFAST
A light breakfast will be served to all participants from 7.15am to 10.00am
TIMING CHIP
A timing chip, B-TAG embedded on the bib will be issued upon the collection of your race entry pack between 02 - 03 September 2017.
1 Check points with timing check system will be provided
DRINK STATIONS
There will be three (4) drinks stations on the 16km and one (1) drink station on the 5km route
PHOTO CONTEST
There are a few awards that will require photographic contest. These are:

Best Group Photo
We will select the winners of these categories from photos posted on social media sites (Facebook, Instagram.) using the race hashtag #BUKITPUCHONGRUN2017 #BUKITPUCHONGRUN #BPR2017. If your privacy settings prevent us from seeing the post, then you will not be considered for that award category. If you are strictly posting on Facebook, you must post pictures to the race page. Posting on your own page with the hashtag doesn't allow us to see your pictures.
All other awards do not require pictures to be taken, but pictures posted on social media are encouraged. This is one of the ways we all can foster a sense of community and contribute to this event.

TOILET FACILITIES
Toilet facilities are available at the Start/Finish from 5.00am.

Portable toilets will be located at the drink stations and at 3km apart

iii) list of the participants & IC no and the person collecting on behalf. (for bulk/group collections)
For Bulk / Group collections, group leaders will need to email icare.bukitpuchongrun@gmail.com the list of runners, latest by Monday, 17th April 2017.
**Please note that race kit will not be issued on the event day.
